Welcome to the Knowetop Primary School website. I hope that you enjoy finding out all about our wonderful school.<\/div>\n

Knowetop Primary School is situated near the Civic Centre in Motherwell and offers Primary School education to pupils both within our catchment area and from further afield. At present we have 18 classes catering to the needs of 500 pupils. We are also the providers of Visual Impairment support for Primary School aged pupils in both North and South Lanarkshire. This support is delivered by a mix of peripatetic outreach to schools in both Local Authorities and by the full integration of a number of pupils with Visual Impairment within our school.<\/div>\n

Our hard-working staff and supportive parent body help to ensure that our pupils experience a wide range of learning opportunities within the school setting and in the wider world.\u00a0 As our communication methods continue to change and improve, our website is used mainly for policies, school handbook and copies of newsletters.\u00a0 We celebrate success and give regular updates through our Twitter feed, @KnowetopPrimary, which you will find a link to on our site.\u00a0 We use Groupcall regularly to email all our parents and carers to keep them updated.<\/div>\n
