Week 1 Menu coming up.<\/p>\n

FUN 31 WEEK!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

I can’t thank our school community enough for all your support to make this week a fun week where our pupils have made happy memories.<\/p>\n

We were overwhelmed by the huge number of family members who joined us for our March for Change on Wednesday.\u00a0 In addition to around 100 parents, grandparents and carers, we were delighted that Councillor Woods and Councillor Bustard also came along to offer their support.\u00a0 Together we collected 25 bags of rubbish from the local area, raising the profile of the school at the same time.\u00a0 We are proud to be leading the way in improving our local environment.\u00a0 Both our Eco Team and our Rights Respecting Schools Committee will continue to build on this good work going forward.<\/p>\n

Yesterday, P7 did us proud, organising a fabulous fun day for all classes down on the pitch.\u00a0 Everyone had the chance to take part in a range of games and sports, with our senior pupils taking the lead role here.\u00a0 The weather stayed fine, allowing us to have our picnic together outdoors too.\u00a0 It worked so well, we hope to make it an annual event.<\/p>\n

As I type, I can hear even more squeals and laughter, as pupils enjoy bouncy castles, hired as a result of our recent P.7 fundraiser.\u00a0 Once again, pupils working hard to support each other.\u00a0 What a team!<\/p>\n

PARENTS’ NIGHT<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Our final Parents’ Night of the session will be held, as planned, on Thursday 18th May.\u00a0 Families in the school will continue to use the online booking system we have used over recent years.\u00a0 Appointments will be in-person, in the gym hall as usual.\u00a0 Information will come out to you to allow you to book your appointments next week.\u00a0 As always, if you have difficulty using the online system, please call our school office staff, who will be happy to help.<\/p>\n

Nursery Reports will come out before Parents’ Night and nursery families will organise suitable appointments by speaking to nursery staff individually beforehand.<\/p>\n
