{"id":6654,"date":"2021-11-19T15:10:35","date_gmt":"2021-11-19T15:10:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/nl\/kirkshawswebsite\/?p=6654"},"modified":"2021-11-19T15:10:35","modified_gmt":"2021-11-19T15:10:35","slug":"mrs-ns-notes-19-11-21","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/nl\/kirkshawswebsite\/2021\/11\/19\/mrs-ns-notes-19-11-21\/","title":{"rendered":"Mrs N&#8217;s Notes, 19.11.21"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Special <span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong>UNDER THE SEA<\/strong><\/span> menu in school on <strong>Monday 22nd November<\/strong>, with a choice of the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Seaweed Soup (chicken noodle)<\/li>\n<li>Finding Nemo Nuggets (chicken or Quorn dippers)<\/li>\n<li>Reef Wraps (fish fingers in a wrap with salad and garlic mayo)<\/li>\n<li>Both served with Pearl Peas (garden peas) and Water Waffles (potato waffles)<\/li>\n<li>Arctic Roll<\/li>\n<li>Neptune&#8217;s Juice (diluting juice)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For the rest of the week we will be following the Week 3 menus:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/nl\/kirkshawswebsite\/files\/2021\/11\/Screen-Shot-2021-11-19-at-14.52.00.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-6658\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/nl\/kirkshawswebsite\/files\/2021\/11\/Screen-Shot-2021-11-19-at-14.52.00-227x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"227\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/nl\/kirkshawswebsite\/files\/2021\/11\/Screen-Shot-2021-11-19-at-14.52.41.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-6661\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/nl\/kirkshawswebsite\/files\/2021\/11\/Screen-Shot-2021-11-19-at-14.52.41-300x224.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"224\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong>CHRISTMAS LUNCH<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Our school and nursery both plan to have our Christmas Lunch on 8th December this year.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong>CHRISTMAS PARTIES<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>We will continue to monitor the changing situation re COVID-19.\u00a0 At the moment we plan to celebrate with class parties.\u00a0 As with Hallowe&#8217;en, we would require that pupils come to school dressed for their party in the morning to minimise changing and avoid lunchtime trips home.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong>FLU VACCINATION CATCH-UP<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The vaccination team will be back in school next Friday, 26th November, for the vaccination catch-up for those pupils who missed it on their last visit.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong>COP26 EDUCATIONAL EXCURSION<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Our P.5 &amp;
