North Lanarkshire Schools\u2019 Primary YMI Choir<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n
This choir provides the opportunity for enthusiastic singers in\u00a0 primary schools who aspire to perform at a high level, to meet, rehearse and perform with likeminded pupils from schools throughout the Authority.<\/p>\n
Rehearsals will take place weekly from January until March,\u00a0culminating in a performance in the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall as part of the North Lanarkshire Schools\u2019 music groups\u2019 annual showcase concert.<\/p>\n
Rehearsals take place:<\/p>\n
Wednesday night 7.00 \u2013 8.30pm Coatbridge High School <\/b><\/p>\n
Thursday night 7.00 \u2013 8.30pm Dalziel High School (Motherwell)<\/b><\/p>\n
Pupils can opt to attend the centre that best suits them.<\/p>\n

In addition to these rehearsals there will also be an introductory evening for all pupils<\/b> wishing to take part in the choir.<\/span><\/p>\n This will take place on the evening of Wednesday 21st<\/sup> November 7.00pm \u2013 8.30pm in Coatbridge High School, with rehearsals then starting on Wednesday and Thursday 9th<\/sup> and 10th<\/sup> January 2019 thereafter.<\/b><\/p>\n Applications for the choir are invited from pupils in P5, P6, and P7<\/b>.<\/p>\n Please note that transport to and from choir rehearsals is not provided by the Authority; however as this is funded through the Youth Music Initiative there is no charge to pupils for participation in the choir.<\/span><\/p>\n If your child is interested, please contact the school office for an application form.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" North Lanarkshire Schools\u2019 Primary YMI Choir This choir provides the opportunity for enthusiastic singers in\u00a0 primary schools who aspire to perform at a high level, to meet, rehearse and perform with likeminded pupils from schools throughout the Authority.
