As always, when I sit at the end of the week and consider all that Team Kirkshaws has achieved, I don’t know how we fitted it all in!<\/p>\n
TWO Friendship League football matches,<\/span> THREE<\/span> new carpets laid in Rooms 10, 14 & 16, FOUR<\/span> lessons from Coatbridge High staff,\u00a0NINE<\/span> after school clubs, ELEVEN<\/span> crates of donations for our Fundraisers Christmas F\u00eate, HUNDREDS<\/span> of Poppies sold,\u00a0THOUSANDS of questions asked and answered in our learning community and INNUMERABLE moments of joy and encouragement in our playrooms, classrooms and playgrounds as our learners develop skills for learning, skills for life & skills for work!<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n First of all, I must thank everyone for the very generous donations made to our Christmas F\u00eate.\u00a0 There seems to be no end to your kindness and support.\u00a0 Without your help, events like this could not go ahead.\u00a0 Huge thanks too to our Fundraisers group, who somehow manage to find the time to organise it all.\u00a0 Hats off<\/strong> <\/em>to you, ladies!\u00a0 I have no idea how you fit it all in AND keep smiling.<\/p>\n\n Running through ALL Kirkshaws lessons is the desire to provide our children with quality learning experiences to prepare them with\u00a0SKILLS FOR LEARNING, SKILLS FOR LIFE & SKILLS FOR WORK.\u00a0 Through this tiny gallery of photographs here, you get a flavour of what that looks like in our school.\u00a0 These were all taken this week, but only show a tiny fraction of the learning going on here.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n I consider myself VERY fortunate to be working with such an amazing team of staff, learners and parents.\u00a0 Together we will continue to BELIEVE, ACHIEVE, SUCCEED<\/span>!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" As always, when I sit at the end of the week and consider all that Team Kirkshaws has achieved, I don’t know how we fitted it all in!
