Get It Right For Me (GIRFMe) is an individual plan some pupils may have to help staff understand and adapt to the individual needs of that pupil. Some of the information in these plans include-Why the plan is needed, strengths, areas for improvement and most importantly strategies that help for their own learning. This plan is completed with the pupil and it is their own individually tailored plan.
