At Kildrum Primary School, we take pride in our school uniform, which helps to promote a sense of belonging, equality and school identity. We encourage all pupils to wear their uniform with pride and to come to school ready to learn.
School Uniform
Our school uniform consists of:

A range of school clothing and accessories is also available, including fleece jackets, reversible jackets, school bags, gym bags, ties and scrunchies.

Help with School Uniform Costs
Families may be eligible for a clothing grant through North Lanarkshire Council. Information about eligibility and how to apply can be found on the council website.
We also work closely with the Kilsyth and Cumbernauld School Uniform Bank, which provides free school uniform items to local families. If you would like support accessing this service, please contact the school in confidence.
Our School Clothing Bank
We have a Clothing Bank located near the main entrance of the school.
The Clothing Bank contains a range of good-quality pre-loved uniform items, along with new items kindly donated by local businesses and community partners. Families are welcome to access these items free of charge whenever needed.
Donations of clean, good-quality uniform are always appreciated and help us support other families within our school community.
Dress Code Expectations
We ask that pupils wear clothing that is safe, comfortable and appropriate for school. For health and safety reasons, clothing or accessories that could cause injury, display offensive messages, promote alcohol or tobacco, or create unnecessary risks should not be worn in school.
We also recommend that valuable items of clothing, jewellery and personal belongings are not brought to school, as the school cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage.
Our aim is to ensure that all children feel comfortable, included and ready to take part in every aspect of school life.
