Hi it’s Karrie and today my group (group 8) went walking the in the morning and before dinner we went to safari.

During walking we started to climb up the mountains, explore the views and look where paths lead. It was quite muddy so everyone kept falling in the mud. The wind was blowing in all directions and we almost got blown off our feet! The instructor lead us up the waterfall and we had to put our feet left then right.

We stopped for a moment and had a flapjack, they are biscuits that give us energy made with oats and cyrup. Some of us were so muddy and others werent that bad. At the end we had a chance to slide down the mud slide but I didn’t do it.

After that we had lunch then went to safari, the instructor was so funny and kept on saying ‘surprise’. We learned about animals that were exstinked. We got to feel animal hair and touch real bones, the instructor even let us smell poo from about 6 years ago.

Today was so fun and tomorrow will be as good!
