Recently, our talented first year pupils have been taking on the increasingly pressing issue of climate change in their Science classes. We’ve managed to catch up with 1.7 who turned their learning into a fun competition, being tasked to build their own insulated houses!

Willie Angus Film Showing at Scottish Parliament
The cast and crew of the “The Bravest Rescue”, the film produced by our four local secondary schools about the life of Willie Angus VC, had their work recognised in the Scottish Parliament on Wednesday 9th January. Local MSP, Claire Adamson, organised this event to celebrate the culmination of the Year of Young People and to mark the achievement of the young film-makers.

Celtic’s Done Deals So Far..!!
As the last transfer window didn’t go down very well for Brendan Rodgers and Celtic this time around the tables have turned and so far Brendan and the staff at Celtic have managed to get 3 new players including: Vakoun Issouf Bayo a forward from FC DAC, Timothy Weah a Forward from PSG and Oliver Burke a right winger from Bromwich Albion.
