Pupils from all years celebrated mass last Friday with Father Sean Wyllie, a former pupil who recently became ordained. The mass was seen as very special to many pupils. Family members of Father Wyllie also celebrated the mass. Mr Connarty (Former English teacher and pupil support teacher of Father Wyllie) remembers Sean fondly from his days at St Aidan’s and commented “He was always a popular boy who made a great contribution to the school and i’m sure he will also in his new role.” The music department played a key role in the class. Mr Kennedy alongside Mr Johnston led the choir and the band in harmony.
