Children who attain the age of 5 years between 1 March 2023 and 29 February 2024 should be registered for education during the week commencing Monday 16 January 2023.<\/p>\n
Parents\/carers should take their children to the appropriate local primary school during that week at the times(s) designated by the school concerned.\u00a0 Birth certificates and a current council tax notice must be produced. <\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Information for parent\/carers about the registration of children in schools can be obtained by visiting https:\/\/www.northlanarkshire.gov.uk\/schools-and-learning\/school-admissions\/primary-school-registration-p1<\/a>.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Information on submitting an early entry request can be obtained by visiting https:\/\/www.northlanarkshire.gov.uk\/schools-and-learning\/school-admissions\/early-entry<\/a>.<\/u><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Information on submitting a placing request can be obtained by visiting \u00a0https:\/\/www.northlanarkshire.gov.uk\/schools-and-learning\/school-admissions\/placing-requests<\/a><\/p>\n The placing request process is completely online this year but if you do not live in the Holytown catchment area and intend on making a placing request to attend Holytown Primary, we would appreciate you letting us know by email as we don\u2019t receive this information until much later and this would allow children to participate fully in the transition to school programme. Courtesy placing request emails can be sent to enquiries-at-holytown@northlan.org.uk<\/a><\/p>\n <\/p>\n If you live in the Holytown Primary School catchment area and wish to register your child for school, you can do so by coming to the main office at the following days and times.
