If I were a butterfly..
In the nursery we have been observing our caterpillars over a few weeks now. We have watched as the caterpillars grew bigger and bigger, forming their cocoons around them and eventually seeing them crawl out as butterflies. The children and staff have enjoyed guessing how many would be there the next day!

Five Sisters Zoo!
On the 10th and 11th of May the boys in girls in the nursery had a fantastic time on their nursery trip to Five Sisters Zoo. It was a beautiful sunny day spent looking at animals, zooming fast on the go-karts and climbing in the play park! They even got the opportunity to hold and pet various interesting animals.

Hogwart’s Haikus
We had great fun today in Room 12 during our language lesson learning about Haiku’s and writing our own Haiku’s. Our current topic is Harry Potter and Hogwarts so we used the this as the theme for our Haiku’s. Some of us decided to perform our Haiku’s on camera for our school blog.

Homeward Bound!
Primary 7 have had a fantastic week at Kilbowie. Trying challenging activities, demonstrating fantastic team working skills and making new friends. A well deserved long lie tomorrow!
