A day at Edinburgh Zoo
A wonderful day at day at the zoo learning about invertebrates and vertebrates. We even got to hold a snake too!

Rag bag!
The Eco committee would like to say well done to the boys and girls at Holytown Primary School for collecting lots of old and unused clothes. We managed to raise over £100.
Room 7 and 8 Enterprise Project

We decided that a bake sale would be a fantastic enterprise project and we got to work! Both classes decorated cup cakes and made marshmallow top hats. We also created posters to advertise our event and visited every class in school to let them know the details. Lots of parents, friends, families and teachers donated delicious cakes too!!The children learned about selling, calculating change, advertising and each took on a role to make our event a fabulous success. Well done Room 7 and 8 and thank you to everyone that donated!!!

D.N.A Creation in Room 8!

Outdoor adventures with Room 8 and Room 12!
We have worked in teams to help plant trees in our school grounds. Everyone helped each other to dig and then plant the trees! Well done!
