P6 took their learning outdoors this week as part of their science topic, exploring wind speed in different areas around the school. Using anemometers, the pupils measured and compared wind speed, discussing how surroundings such as buildings, trees, and open spaces can affect the results.<\/p>\n

Through this hands-on investigation, pupils developed key META-skills, including focus, teamwork, and collaboration. Working together to collect data, share ideas, and draw conclusions helped deepen their understanding of science while building essential skills for learning and life.<\/p>\n
