This week is Maths Week Scotland (22nd-28th September 2025). The theme is WILD MATHS – bringing nature and numbers together. Wild Maths<\/em> will explore plants and wildlife, weather and natural forces, astronomy, and outdoor learning.<\/p>\n

Primary 4 took their learning outside to take on the sticks and angles challenge. Each group had to collect a range of sticks of different lengths. They had to work co-operatively to make a picture of a house using the sticks that included:
\n\u2022 a right angle
\n\u2022 an acute angle
\n\u2022 a straight angle
\n\u2022 an obtuse angle
\n\u2022 a reflex angle<\/p>\n
