Primary 2 have returned to school fresh and eager to learn!<\/p>\n
This week within Maths, we have started to look at number patterns and sequences. The children are using\u00a0their knowledge of addition and subtraction to\u00a0develop the formation of number sequences. During Literacy we have been revising some previously learned phonemes and have been working on our reading fluency.<\/p>\n
We have started our new topic\u00a0‘Under the Sea’ and\u00a0the children shared what they already know about the topic, what they would like to know and how they would like to learn. We had some fabulous suggestions including investigating different sea creatures, cooking, art activities, using books and the internet to find information and creating our own aquarium!
