Another fantastic week in Primary 2!<\/p>\n
Children are thoroughly enjoying our Toys topic and have been learning about the differences and similarities between old and new toys.\u00a0 They successfully wrote instructions on how they made their cup and ball toy from\u00a0last week and demonstrated a great understanding of what information they should include in their instructions.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Within PE children are developing their balance, movement and co-ordination skills through gymnastics and are working very hard to perfect their skills.\u00a0 Children have also been participating in yoga within the classroom which again encourages the development of gross motor skills.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
We are preparing for Burns Day by practising the poem Doctor by JK Annand and are looking forward to performing a fabulous piece of poetry for our school.<\/p>\n
