Primary 2 have had a fantastic week back at school.\u00a0 We have been very busy and have\u00a0settled well into classroom routines.<\/p>\n
The class are very excited about our new Toys topic.\u00a0 We have started looking at new and old toys and how they have changed over time.\u00a0 We even made our own take on the cup and ball toy which everyone loved!<\/p>\n
Within literacy we have focused on writing instructions and the children constructed wonderful instructions on how to make a jam sandwich.<\/p>\n
Repeated addition has been our focus in maths and children are using pictorial diagrams to represent ‘lots of’ and ‘groups of’.\u00a0 This will help to support the process of multiplication.<\/p>\n
We are looking forward to another busy week ahead!<\/p>\n
