This week we have been doing an experiment every day for our potion\u2019s lab linked to our Harry Potter topic.<\/p>\n
On Monday, we did an experiment with bicarbonate of soda and vinegar. \u00a0The results caused a explosion and the bag to burst. \u00a0It was very exciting to watch.<\/p>\n

On Tuesday, we did an experiment called \u2018 the egg and the bottle\u2019. \u00a0We had to try to get a hard boiled egg into a glass bottle without it breaking. \u00a0We manage to get the egg in however it did break. \u00a0We know that the conditions outside weren\u2019t great as it was raining so maybe we will try it again when the weather improves.<\/p>\n

On Wednesday, we made snake bubbles. \u00a0This was lots of fun and a really simple experiment to do. \u00a0All you need is a plastic bottle, a micro fibre cloth and an elastic band.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
On Thursday, we carried out the Diet Coke and mints experiment. \u00a0Unfortunately it didn\u2019t give us the eruption we were looking for. Perhaps it was the mints we used.<\/p>\n
