Symmetry<\/strong> –\u00a0Draw 5 different symmetrical snowflakes.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/td>\nLooking closely<\/strong> –\u00a0Look out of the window and draw a picture of what you see. \u00a0Colour with cold wintry colours.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Word maker <\/strong>–\u00a0How many words can you make using the letters in Winter Wonderland? 10 is good, 20 is very good, 30 is excellent.<\/span><\/td>\n\u00a0Poetry <\/strong>–\u00a0Write a winter poem, rap or song. Read or sing it to someone at home. You could even record it using an i-pad.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Fitness Routine<\/strong> –\u00a0Make up a fitness routine to keep warm during winter. \u00a0Include things like jogging, star jumps, leap frogs, hopping etc. \u00a0Practice your routine every day.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ice Art\u00a0<\/strong>–\u00a0 Go a winter walk – what can you see? What can you find. Try to collect as many objects as you can. Once you come home you can use your objects and make ice art to hang up outside. Using a range of containers, place a length of string across the top and your gathered objects on it along the bottom. Fill the container with boiled then cooled water and place it outside overnight or in your freezer to freeze.
