Pupils are actively encouraged to report any incidences immediately so that appropriate action can be taken. In each class there is the opportunity during \u2018Circle Time\u2019 for pupils to raise any issues. In each class pupils also have the opportunity to request a \u2018quiet word,\u2019 where they are able to raise a matter of concern with the teacher in private and in confidence.
