These will be reviewed at the end of the session to set new priorities for 2022-23.<\/p>\n<p>New priorities for session 2022-23 will be set in May 2022 \u00a0to take forward from August 2022.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;color: #ffcc00\"><strong>School Improvement Plan Priorities\u00a0 2021\/2022<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Cluster Priority<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Improve outcomes for children via implementation of the GIRFEC Pathway for Planning and Support refresh<\/li>\n<li>Establishment of Integrated Cluster Wellbeing Teams and Bases.<\/li>\n<li>Establish a digital pedagogy across all stages of the curriculum, which engages learners and delivers a high-quality learning experience for all children and young people.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>School Priority 1<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish a digital pedagogy across all stages of the curriculum, which engages learners and delivers a high-quality learning experience for all children and young people.\u00a0 \u2013 at establishment level<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>School Priority 2<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Further improve and support the mental, social, emotional, and physical health of all children, families and staff by embedding and extending the range of nurture based approaches across the school<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>School Priority 3<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To ensure continued equity of access and opportunity for maximising learning in the broad general education.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Nursery Class Priority<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To continue to extend nurturing approaches to support and improve the mental, physical and emotional wellbeing of our children and families as part of the Covid -19 recovery and the move to 1140.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">External Inspections<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ffcc00\">Care Inspectorate <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000\">carried out a low-intensity inspection of our nursery class on 31 October and 4 November 2014. The Inspectorate carry out these inspections when they are satisfied that the services are working hard to deliver consistently high standards of care. Our report was very positive and will be published very soon.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ffcc00\">Officers from North Lanarkshire Council<\/span><\/strong> Learning and Leisure Services visited Glenmanor on 21 May 2013 to look at <span style=\"color: #000000\">how the school had continued to improve its work since the HMIe Inspection and their report is attached below for your info<\/span>rmation.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/nl\/public\/glenmanornews\/uploads\/sites\/17205\/2015\/05\/Report-on-Progress-Following-Visit-of-HMIe-21-May-2013.pdf\">Report on Progress Following Visit of HMIe 21 May 2013<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ffcc00\">HMIe<\/span><\/strong> inspected Glenmanor in the week beginning 24 May 2010.
