Primary 1a presented their assembly on Wednesday. They shared some of the things they have learned this year with their guests. Everyone enjoyed a super assembly. Well done to everyone.
Just wanted to say a huge thank you to all of the family members and friends who helped the children recycle items at home to make a model for our Science theme this year of ‘Change’. We held an assembly last week so that all of the classes could show each other what they had made. The creativity and quality of the models was amazing! The nursery children also came to visit so that we could see the fantastic models that they had made. We have also had a display in the hall showing the wide range of examples of ‘change’ that the children noticed at home.
We hope the children really enjoyed learning about change through a variety of exciting and interesting class experiments that their teachers had organised – thank you to all of the teaching staff for making learning so fun! The children from the school and nursery also got to watch a visiting Science Boffin in action.
Thanks again for your continued support and hope you all have a lovely Easter holiday!
Primary 6b took us on a ‘Rollercoaster of Emotions’ for their assembly. They have learned a lot about different emotions and how they can help themselves to cope with these as well as thinking about who could help them.
We were given a task to make our own multiplication and division board games . We had fun learning all about our tables with board games and playing each other’s games .
