Welcome to our step-by-step guide to help you set up and book your appointments for the S1 on-line\u00a0Parents\u00a0Evening which will take place on Tuesday 30<\/span>th<\/span>\u00a0November from 4.30pm. We look forward to being able to\u00a0meet\u00a0with parents\/Carers\u00a0and provide information on the progress of your child at this stage. Please note that teachers are limited to 30 appointments and,\u00a0where they may have more than one S1 class,\u00a0it may not be possible to see every teacher. This however would be no different from face-to-face appointments.\u00a0In order to maximise the number of appointments for\u00a0all\u00a0pupils\u00a0we have limited the number of bookings\u00a0available\u00a0to 10 per child.\u00a0We look\u00a0forward to seeing you on the night however if you have any questions or issues logging on and making\u00a0bookings,\u00a0please contact the school office\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span>we will try our best to deal with them at the time,\u202for to follow up on them immediately afterwards.\u202f\u202f<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 1 Logging on to the system:<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

To login\u202fto the system, please use the following link:\u202f<\/span>https:\/\/parents-booking.co.uk\/greenfaulds\u202f\u202f<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

Do not log in using the\u00a0Mygovscot\u00a0tab but instead\u00a0log in using\u00a0your first name,\u00a0surname\u00a0and email. Please note this must match the main contact details we have on record for you.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

You should then enter Your child\u2019s first name,\u00a0surname\u00a0and date of birth<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

You can continue to make appointment until it closes at\u202f8.50 am on\u202fTuesday 30th\u202fNovember\u00a0i.e.\u00a0the morning of the\u00a0Parents\u00a0Evening.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 2 \u2013 Making Appointments.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Once you have logged in you can now make appointments.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Click on suggest bookings for me.\u00a0Suggest Bookings for Me will let you choose the teachers you want to book\u00a0(across multiple students, if applicable), and asks when you are available for appointments. The system then calculates the most efficient order for your appointments, and you have 5mins to confirm (or adjust) these.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Once bookings have all been made you can print or e-mail an appointment confirmation.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 3- Joining the Video Meetings<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

On the day of\u202fthe Parents\u00a0Evening, you will need to\u202flogin\u202fto\u202fthe website address\u202fagain, some\u202f10\u202fminutes before your appointments are due to begin.\u202f\u202fYou\u202fwill\u202fthen\u202fbe able to join the video meeting room, where you can wait for your appointment(s)\u202fto start.\u202f\u202fYou will be taken into each appointment\u202fautomatically and the appointment will also end automatically after 5 minutes.\u202f<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
