Dream Team!
Pupil Voice Committee
At Gartcosh Primary School we believe that all pupils should have the opportunity to share their ideas and be actively involved in leading their learning – both formally and informally!
To ensure pupils have this opportunity to take on a leadership role within our school and drive forward school improvements, we invited pupils to apply for a position on our Pupil Voice Committee. Some ideas we asked the pupils to have a think about were:
- What skills and personal qualities could you bring to the role?
- How would you seek the opinions of your peers?
- What special weeks or theme days would we have throughout the year?
- How would you make our school a better place?
Here are a few photographs of some pupils presenting their speeches during the election process.
Ice Hockey
Earlier this term, Logan brought along some items from ice hockey to show everyone at assembly. Logan plays ice hockey and kindly shared his exciting experiences with us. Thank you Logan.
Lovely to meet you Rabbi Rubin
