Play on Pedals information session

This slideshow requires JavaScript.

A big Thank you to all the parents who came along to our information sessions for play on pedals.

We hope to develop children’s learning by using games and instructions while “playing” on the bikes.

The Sessions will run for 4 weeks and the children will be given the chance to use the bikes daily.

There will be further updates to inform parents as the programme progresses.

Anne Marie will be happy to speak to any parents who couldn’t make it on the day of the sessions.

Our First week back

This slideshow requires JavaScript.

Welcome back everyone, it’s great to see you all.

We are all so happy everyone has settled back so quickly after the summer break.  The children have been exploring the new playroom within Fife Drive and catching up with friends and their keyworkers.  We have been on lots of different adventures in our local community getting to know our surroundings. We also visited the allotment to look at all the wonderful fruit and vegetables grown there and even helped to look after them.  The children within our 2-3 playoom have  been welcoming back Kirsty and Lorraine from their Summer break as well as exploring the resources.

Welcome back…

We hope you had a great summer and are looking forward to the new term.  Just a little reminder that all children will be accommodated at our Fife Drive building over the next few weeks due to on-going building works at our Annexe building/Braidhurst High School.

We will ensure you are kept up to date with any news on the progress of the work.

We have had a delivery to the nursery of 3 little caterpillars who we will observe growing into beautiful butterflies, they have been named as ” Willow” “Wiggles” & “Freddy”.

Some of the children have been visiting Park Springs Care home to take part in Tai Chi sessions on a weekly basis along with the residents.  The children have been telling us how much they have enjoyed it and have been sharing some of their moves.
