Cluster Improvement and Integration Leads (CIILs) are best placed to co-ordinate the funding based on the need within their clusters.
This should always be based on the drivers of the Empowering Clusters Model, which includes: EQUITY and GIRFEC.
- In March 2023, CIILs will be provided with a forecasted budget for their cluster.
- CIILs will be able to view the Third Sector profiles of offers available.
- By the end of March 2023, CIILs will be required to submit their cluster proposals on the portal. Their proposals should be evidence based on the needs within their cluster and involve all stakeholders in making decisions on how the fund can be best used.
(CIILs may want to start this process of need gathering earlier in the year).
The forecasted budgets are just that . . . forecasted. They may change once we reach the approval stage of the process.
