half-term holiday hub form <\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Half-term hub support<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To assist colleagues\u00a0directly dealing with the health response to the pandemic we are providing childcare support over the school half-term holiday from Monday 8 to Wednesday 10 February at six school-based hubs.<\/p>\n<p>This service is only for key workers who are assisting with the ongoing health response with the NHS, other emergency services, or who are involved directly with the vaccination programme.<\/p>\n<p>Even if you have never applied previously, you can still use the above form.<\/p>\n<p>Please note, you\u00a0must show proof of eligibility.<\/p>\n<p>The childcare support will be delivered by Culture and Leisure North Lanarkshire, Active Schools and Community Learning and Development providing a range of activities.<\/p>\n<p>We have very few childcare spaces and this service should only be accessed if absolutely necessary for children of key workers that are in early years, ASN, primary or secondary schools.<\/p>\n<p>Schools are not open due to the holiday but the six hubs below will be open for urgent childcare but you must tell us if you need access to it.<\/p>\n<p>The hubs will be open from 8.30am until 4pm on each of the three days at the following schools:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cumbernauld Academy, South Kildrum Ring Road, G67 2UF<\/li>\n<li>St Ambrose High School, Townhead Road, Coatbridge, ML5 2JE<\/li>\n<li>Hilltop Primary School, Petersburn Road, Airdrie, ML6 8BH<\/li>\n<li>Cathedral Primary School, Milton Street, Motherwell, ML1 1DH<\/li>\n<li>Clyde Valley High School, Castlehill Road, Wishaw, ML2 0QS<\/li>\n<li>Calderhead High School, Dyfrig Street, Shotts ML7 4DH<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Parents\/carers\u00a0 are reminded that it is their responsibility to ensure your child arrives safely at the\u00a0hubs safely as school crossing patrols not in operation on those days.<\/p>\n<p>We are unable to provide transport for the mid-term break.<\/p>\n<p>Packed lunch and snacks will be available for children attending.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.office.com\/Pages\/ResponsePage.aspx?id=oyzTzM4Wj0KVQTctawUZKevvwncsVahEgOkxEm6MNYpUNlg1NjU1WTc5SDVKQUMzTzA0WDlDVk1POC4u&amp;embed=true\">online form<\/a> should be submitted by <strong>4pm on Friday 29 January 2021.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please note that this provision should be considered as emergency childcare for key worker parents.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>February holiday hubs Complete the keyworkers&#8217;
