This week is all about Maths and P4/5 have already been so busy! Our focus has been Time and we started by creating posters to share our prior knowledge. We know a lot about time and our posters are full of great facts and detailed pictures.
On Tuesday we worked as a class to create our very own calendar. We worked in pairs to make a page for each month. It was important to find out how many days were in the month and we put in the events from the month which are important to us. We made sure the picture matched the season or events that happen in the month.
We have used maths week to get on Sum Dog and take part in the Scottish competition. We are all trying to get on everyday in class for at least 15 minutes but we’re trying to go on at home too! 
We are loving maths week so far!!
