Students will learn about the voting systems used for UK & Scottish elections. Understanding devolved and reserved powers will be examined as well as looking at the future governance of Scotland.

     key features and outcomes of the system used to elect MSPs to the Scottish
  • Parliament, including the strengths and
    weaknesses of this system
