This helps us consider each child\u2019s wellbeing using the SHANARRI indicators: Safe, Healthy, Achieving, Nurtured, Active, Respected, Responsible and Included.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">When a child requires additional support, we may develop a GIRFMe (Getting It Right for Me) plan. This identifies the child\u2019s strengths, the support they need, the outcomes we hope to achieve and the actions everyone will take to help.<\/p>\n<p>Children and their families are central to this process. Plans are created collaboratively, reviewed regularly and updated as the child\u2019s needs change.
