Base 12 pupils were inspired by a well known Christmas advert to make cards for the elderly. Pupils worked hard to design and make a variety of super cards to deliver to local old folks homes to ensure residents have a Merry Christmas. Well done to our thoughtful pupils!

Mrs Sim visited today and pupils learned all about the joy of giving at Christmas. Fun was ha by all as Primary 7 pupils wrapped up a very special present!!!
This year’s Road Safety Calendar competition attracted around 2400 entries with over 90 schools in North Lanarkshire participating. Well done to the following pupils who were awarded highly commended in their category:

The boys and girls in Base 5 are going to be running a healthy tuckshop all this week. At the tuckshop they will be selling a variety of fruit, smoothies and even a few healthy Christmas surprises. Here is Justin, Zac, Max, Arran, Brooke and Ellis researching how much some of the fruit we will need costs and making a shopping ist.
A few fantastic photographs of our wonderful performers in the Christmas Concert. What a show stopper! The Christmas Concert was a fantastic opportunity to showcase the diverse talent within Clarkston Primary. With a packed audience and over 150 pupils involved in the Christmas productions, we were treated to a night of superb music, choreography and dancing. Well done to all the boys and girls and a huge thank you to our wonderful audience on both nights. A great time was had by all.
We enjoyed a delicious festive lunch today courtesy of our wonderful dinner ladies. The boys and girls thoroughly enjoyed their tasty lunch and entered into the spirit of Christmas by wearing festive boppers, jumpers and hats!
We are looking forward to our Christmas lunch on Thursday 10th December. Pupils are invited to wear Christmas hat/jumpers/badges along with their school uniform to add a festive feel to the day.
