In line with our 2021-22 school calendar, we are very much looking forward to our S5&6 Parents’ Evening which will take place online on Thursday 4th November 4.15pm – 6.45pm.  There are three important documents attached below, please ensure to read them all to support you to book appointments in advance of the parents evening and to support you on the night whilst conducting online parent appointments.

The booking system opens from 5pm this afternoon and will close at 5pm next Tuesday, 2nd November.  Please use the guide to support you to do that.  Please also use the FAQ document as it contains helpful information and advice in preparation for online Parents’ Evenings via The Parent Booking System – a direct link to the system can be found in both the attached letter and the Parent Guide.

This is the first time we have used the system and we are confident of success, however, we are aware that there may be some teething problems to overcome.  With this in mind, thanks to the school community (parents/carers and staff) for your patience and understanding – further information in the letter.  If we can help in any way prior to the night, please contact our school office in the first instance.
