Please click on the link for your maths homework task.
It is problem solving so you may need to jot some possible answers down first before you come up with the correct answer.
Please try the first problem and if you want an extra challenge (and points) try the second problem too.
Leave your answers on the comment and I will show them on Friday.
If you can’t get on the blog or access the link I will print it for you at school.
Good luck

A huge well done to children (and parents) for all the Brazil homework they have handed in over this past term. We have had great presentations, models, masks, cakes and lots, lots more. The children have worked very hard and have displayed lots of research skills and have presented well to their classmates. Please have a look at the photos I will put on the blog. 50 points for comments about what you have enjoyed and what you have
On Thursday 15th September we enjoyed an ‘Authors Live’ event with The Scottish Book Trust online to help celebrate 100 years of Roald Dahl. We tuned in with P5 and lots of other primary schools around Scotland to watch Matthew Fitt being interviewed. Matthew Fitt has adapted Roald Dahl’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and translated it into Scots . We really enjoyed listening to new Scottish words and to Matthew reading part of his book. We ended up having a great discussion afterwards about our favourite Scottish Words.
Please comment on your own favourite Scottish words.
A group of friends made a really tall tower with Kapla before pushing it over. They had great fun!
Making a bridge out of Kapla. They built a lawn mower with Knex.
Building a 2 wheeler robot with knex.
The Brazil homework is handed in every few weeks. The first presentations were last week. The children did wonderful work which included creative designs, postcards, pictures, a mask and even a power point. There was an awful lot of hard work. Please see photos I’ll attach in the next post.
If you have misplaced your homework sheet there is a link below to see it.
Your next task is to be in on Friday 30th September.
