We watched a bit of Pocahontas in class as part of our Native Americans topic. Unfortunately, a lot of the real story of Pocahontas was changed for the Disney film. Your homework is to tell me a fact or two about Pocahontas. You might want to include her date of birth or death, which tribe she was a part of or what she did that was so remarkable.

We had a zumbathon today to raise money for the school funds. Not only did we have a great time, we were keeping fit too!
