Well done Farrel. He was Star of the Week because he worked very hard on his home reader tasks. We all congratulate you on your hard work, Farrel!

You have recently finished your book on Amelia Earhart. Amelia Earhart was an inspiration to many people because she was brave and adventurous. Who is inspirational to you and why?

It was our Christmas party on Monday. We had a great time and we were joined by the Primary 5’s and Primary 6’s from our school and St Aloysius. Well done to Lee, who won our best dancer, Nathan, who won pass the parcel and Cameron, who won the corners game.

Aiden was our Star of the Week for always being polite to staff and pupils. We all appreciate your lovely manners, Aiden.

We are making elves to go up in the hall. Primary 5 have got the Christmas spirit!

Ellie was Star this week because she demonstrates good behaviour. She also helped by showing people how to do the steps when we were learning the Gay Gordons. It was like she was on Strictly Come Dancing!

We taught Mrs Graham and Primary 1 about viruses.

Emma was Star of the Week this week because she tries hard all the time and always has a positive attitude. I’m sure we can all agree that it’s lovely to have someone in class who is always smiling and keen to make everybody feel welcome.

Miss Devine’s pupil group was the Positive Ethos group. We thought that playing Just Dance for the last week would make us feel positive.

Thank you to all the mums and dads who came to parents night. It was lovely to see everyone and thank you for your continuing support.
