P1/2 done a great job cleaning up the areas around the outside of the school.
Fractions Fun
P1/2 have been learning about fractions for the last week and have been having fun halving and quartering play-doh shapes, halving and quartering pizzas in the pizza shop, playing games and using Numicon boards to help with their learning.

Orienteering Last Session
P1/2 completed their last orienteering session today with a challenge. They had to work as team to follow a map round the school grounds finding coloured cones. They had to match cones to the correct stamps and complete it in as fast a time as possible. They were awarded points for great team work. Well done to the winning team – Henry and Parker 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Pizza Party
Grand Opening of Yeat Pizza! The newest and best pizza shop in the area had an opening party today attended by the staff and customers. The party was a raging success with pizza tastings, games and dancing.
Pizza Shop Enterprise
P1/2 have been working hard on making a pizza shop in our school. They came up with the name ‘Yeat Pizza,’ designed posters to advertise the shop, made lots of pizza’s to be sold, created delivery cars and they enjoyed learning about the skills of a chef and a waiter.
Maths Outdoors
p1/2 have been enjoying the lovely weather this week with maths outdoors ☀️
