  • Values Assembly

During  Assembly, on Friday 28th February, Mrs McLeod set the Captains and Vice Captains a challege.  They had to look at their team and identify a value they had demonstrated.  9 pupils were awarded for the honesty, 15 pupils for respect, 14 for being kind, and 8 pupils for being responsible.  Thank you very much for your deliberation to make sure you made the best choice for your team members.

Noureen also shared that Ramadan started later in the evening and it would have the first full day on 1st March.

Abigail celebrated her birthday today.  Mason’s birthday was on the 1st March and Charlotte’s (Nursery) birthday was on Monday.

Our Sustainability Committee has planned and organised Children in Need Day along with Miss Donald.  A huge thank you to Hanna for making this superb poster to advertise the event.

The Committee decided on:  Pin the bandana on Pudsey; Decorate cakes; Colouring sheet; and come to school wearing something yellow or something spotty and make a donation to this great cause.

Our Captains and Vice Captains will also be launching ‘Kind Words’.  We are looking forward to hearing about this at our assembly on Friday.
