These apps are free, and contain between them hundreds of different work outs, tasks, stretches and techniques to keep healthy and active


After completing their exercise for the day, pupils are encouraged to record their work by completing a training diary which can be found at;

Work for pupils moving from S3 into S4 – National PE

Pupils have already been added into a Microsoft Teams group with several tasks and resources available to work their way through.

Work can be submitted, corrected and returned electronically.
