European Day of Languages 2026 – Food tasting and Bush Tucker Challenge

Every year the Modern Languages Department gets foods from around Europe for pupils to try.  A record number also lined up to try the Bush Tucker Challenge where Mrs O’Neill lets blindfolded victims try 5 different foods that they might not have tried before, in return for a small prize if they manage.  This year the offerings were olives, taramasalata, kimchee, garlic in olive oil and blue cheese.  The kids did well!
