Japanese Visitors from Kunohe Village

On Tuesday 1st October and Wednesday 2nd October we had a visit from 11 pupils and 3 adults from Kunohe Village in Japan, north of Tokyo. The pupils took part in some lessons and met some of our pupils. They were in Scotland for a week, during which they also saw Edinburgh Castle, Kelvingrove Museum and Art Gallery and the Transport Museum in Glasgow, but they said their favourite thing was the visit to Cumbernauld Academy, because of the warm welcome and friendly people. Well done to everyone who was involved!
