Child Protection and Safeguarding at Calderhead High School<\/span><\/b><\/h5>\n

Child Protection and safeguarding are vital responsibilities shared by all staff, and we work proactively to identify and respond to any concerns that may affect a pupil\u2019s welfare. We believe that every child has the right to grow up free from harm, and we take all necessary steps to ensure this right is protected.<\/p>\n

Our designated\u00a0Child Protection Officer<\/b>\u00a0is\u00a0Mr MacPherson<\/b>,\u00a0Depute Head Teacher<\/b>. If you have any concerns about the safety or well-being of a pupil, it is essential that you report them directly to Mr MacPherson without delay. He will ensure that appropriate action is taken in line with national and local safeguarding procedures.<\/p>\n
