P7 transition calendar: P7 Transition Programme 2025-2026<\/a><\/p>\n Calderhead High School operates a close liaison system with all of our associated primaries.<\/p>\n Associated Primary Schools<\/strong><\/p>\n At Calderhead High School, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and supportive transition for our young people as they move from primary to secondary education. Our transition programme begins in Primary 6 and continues through Primary 7, with a strong focus on getting to know each pupil and helping them feel confident and prepared for the next stage of their learning journey.<\/p>\n We offer a wide range of transition activities designed to support both curricular development and pupil wellbeing. These include:<\/p>\n Many members of our staff are actively involved in these sessions, working closely with pupils to build relationships and provide a familiar and welcoming environment.
