All S2 pupils will be interviewed by their Pupil Support teacher before a final decision regarding a course is made, and parents have the opportunity to attend a meeting related to this vital stage of their child\u2019s school career. It frequently happens that either the parent, the pupil or the member of staff requests a further interview before the course is finally approved.<\/p>\n<p>In S3, the programme of PSHE covers a wide range of social and personal issues which affect present-day teenagers, while the S4 programme examines a number of aspects of careers education, with a focus on Work Experience and Employability Skills.<\/p>\n<p>At the point of transfer from S4 to S5, all pupils will be interviewed by their Pupil Support teacher or a senior manager.
