On enrolling your child, you provide us with details of people who would drop off and collect your child from nursery.  Should this change throughout the year, or on the day, please notify a member of staff.

Please note that anyone under 16 CANNOT collect your child from nursery.

 Procedures in place for arrival/collection of children are as follows:

• Due to COVID, parents/carers are not permitted to enter the building unless by appointment only. You will have been given a drop off and pick up time. Staff will greet your child at the door and will record on the register who has dropped them off and arrangements for collection.  If staff are not familiar with the adult picking them up they will contact the parent/carer for clarification.
• Staff will support your child to find their peg, hang up their jacket, change their shoes etc.
