{"id":533,"date":"2025-09-11T14:17:08","date_gmt":"2025-09-11T14:17:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/nl\/bctdepartment\/?p=533"},"modified":"2025-09-11T14:17:08","modified_gmt":"2025-09-11T14:17:08","slug":"graphic-communication-pupils-explore-architectural-design-at-new-college-lanarkshire","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/nl\/bctdepartment\/2025\/09\/11\/graphic-communication-pupils-explore-architectural-design-at-new-college-lanarkshire\/","title":{"rendered":"Graphic Communication Pupils Explore Architectural Design at New College Lanarkshire"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On Wednesday (10<sup>th<\/sup>) morning, our S4, S5 and S6 Graphic Communication pupils had the opportunity to visit New College Lanarkshire for a hands-on workshop in Architectural Design and Technology.<\/p>\n<p>This was led by <b>Vivien Townsley<\/b>, Course Leader for Computer Aided Architectural Design &amp; Technology.<\/p>\n<p>Pupils were introduced to industry-standard software and challenged to design a two-storey house.
