During Lent we have been raising money for the SCIAF charity. The teacher bought an Easter Egg and we paid 10p for a ticket in the raffle. Today someone in primary 4 is going home with the Chocolate Easter Egg. We raised £30 for SCIAF.

Today we were with the sports leaders and they played lots of games with us. It was great fun and we were exhausted.

We were doing an investigation and we were trying to find out if we could identify the sound just by using our ears. We covered our eyes with a lindfold and then we listened to the sound and tried to guess it. We found that our hearing is very good. We did not need our other senses. By Annie and Jennifer

Today we were learning how to find our blind spot. You had to close your left eye and look at the apple on the paper and the carrot. Slolwy we had to move the sheet towards you and stop when the carrot vanishes. You wil find the blind spot. We found out that no one has the same blind spot.

We have been learning about how our eyes work. In a dark room our pupils are big but in the bright light your pupils are small. Our eyes see everything upside down but our brain turns it the right way up.
