For the next two weeks our class will be doing lots of activities using money for a very special reason- we’re going to have a REAL SHOP. We are going to make real Christmas treats to sell. We’ll need to look at how to finance our business, how to get the best profit margins and the best way to count up all the money we make.
Today we were very busy talking in groups about how we get money, different ways to pay for things and we sorted and counted using toy money. We even used the ipads to play some money challenge games. We can’t wait to use all the skills we are learning in our real shop.
