In maths today we wanted to show Mrs O’Neill that we could recognise a fraction in words, as a number and as a part of a whole shape. We worked in pairs to make a fractions pair game. Some of us made the game for halves and quarters and some of us made the game for tenths, fifths and thirds. We enjoyed playing the game and we wrote about what we had learned in our jotters.
