St Bartholomew's Nursery Class

We are Learning about people who help us, this week we had a visit from the lollipop lady. She helps us cross the road.

We all had fun today when Zoolab visited us with their interesting animals and insects. The Ranger told us the story about Chinese New Year and we had the opportunity to touch and hold some of the animals.

What an exciting day today.  We invited mum and dad and the rest of the family to come along to see us show off all our learning and football skills. We have been learnng lots of things over the last 5 weeks with the coaches form the Mini Movers. The coaches taught us all about the different types of food that we like to eat. Then they taught us how to keep fit by teaching us lots of football skills. Today we showed off our learning and skills then we were presented with a bag of goodies and a certificate. We enjoyed showing off our skills.

We used a knife to cut our fruit in half.

We had fun in the snow. We made a snowman with Mrs Whelan.

We have enjoyed our music this week. We have been using lots of musical instruments investigating the different sounds they can make. We also had fun using the symbol cards to help us with our actions.

The Mini Fit coaches have been helping us learn about healthy foods and the different tyrpes of food groups. Then they helped us get healthy by developing our football skills

We have been learning all about the bones in our body. We can put the bones together in our skeleton.
